research content: there are five subjects: 1) dendrobium candidum variety breeding and ecological planting; 2) dendrobium candidum health food and cosmetics research; 3) dendrobium candidum core efficacy biological basis and functional factor screening; 4) dendrobium candidum constituent separation and technology research; 2) dendrobium candidum candidum flower in-depth research and product development.
technical route: first, we established a molecular-assisted intraspecific polymerization hybrid breeding method of dendrobium officinale to breed excellent varieties with cold resistance and disease resistance, and then further integrated the ecological planting mode of weight loss, efficiency and high quality and popularization. (2) the biological basis of the core efficacy of dendrobium officinale was systematically elaborated by modern pharmacology and other technologies; the effective substances were screened by chemical separation technology; and the advantages and characteristics of the products were further studied and elaborated. (3) systematic application of chemical, pharmaceutical and pharmacological technologies to develop new health food and cosmetics with special features. (4) formulate the overall plan, give full play to their respective advantages, work division and cooperation, systematically organize and carry out research on planting technology, core efficacy, material basis, efficacy characteristics, and health product development from planting, research and development, production and other links.
research basis: 1. results: a systematic and in-depth study on dendrobium candidum culture, quality standards, functions and product development has been carried out. more than 6,000 mu of planting base and 30,000 mu of technology radiation from 18 provinces and municipalities have been established, and the first domestic standard of dendrobium candidum cultivation industry has been formulated; about 20 products have been developed. it has completed several national 973 plans and major national projects, won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress, the first prize of liangxi forestry science and technology, the first prize of zhejiang science and technology, and the key example of poverty alleviation by science and technology of the ministry of science and technology. (2) team: set up multi-disciplinary and advantageous units (5 universities and 7 enterprises), such as zhejiang agricultural and forestry university and yunnan agricultural university, which have senior experts and researchers on dendrobium candidum cultivar cultivation and cultivation; zhejiang university of technology, zhejiang university of traditional chinese medicine, shenyang university of pharmaceutical sciences and other research experts and researchers on effective biology, chemical separation, product technology, functional factors, etc., and have a state. expert in the review of domestic medicines and health food and cosmetics.
